Since its inception in 1997 by the visionary Mr. Higuchi Hajime (affectionately known as Jimmy), Higuchi has established itself as a pioneer of authentic Japanese dining in Vietnam. Our journey began with the opening of K-Cafe Restaurant in the bustling Hai Ba Trung area, District 1, setting a new standard for Japanese cuisine in the region.

Fast forward to 2022, Jimmy, alongside his son David and his wife Trang, expanded the legacy through the launch of Higuchi Sushi & Grill, strategically located in the vibrant Empire City, Thu Thiem, District 2. Merely a 7-minute drive from the heart of Central District 1, our new location serves as a beacon of culinary excellence, offering a blend of traditional flavors and innovative dishes to both locals and visitors alike.
